Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By signing in to or using Amana AI you agree to these terms and to your school's own rules for using technology. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The service

Amana AI is an AI study platform provided to schools. Each school decides which AI models, study modes, books and limits are available to its pupils and staff.

3. Your account

Your account is provided by your school. Keep your sign-in details private, do not let anyone else use your account, and tell your school straight away if you think someone has.

4. Acceptable use

When you use Amana AI you must not:

• try to get around the school's rules, guardrails, quotas or budgets;
• share another person's personal details, or ask the AI for them;
• upload material you do not have the right to share;
• use the platform to bully, harass or harm anyone;
• try to access another person's or another school's data, or disrupt the service.

5. The school's responsibilities

The school is responsible for deciding who may use the platform, configuring its rules, choosing its AI providers, supervising pupils appropriately and handling requests from pupils and parents about their data.

6. AI answers

Answers are generated by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even with the school's guardrails in place. Check important information against your teacher, your textbook or another trusted source.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the documents and messages you add. You allow Inteva AI Technologies LLC to process them only to provide the service to your school, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Amana AI available and secure, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; the school's agreement sets out any service levels.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Inteva AI Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made in reliance on AI answers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

10. Suspension and ending

The school can suspend or remove your account at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk, and will tell the school when we do.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts named in the school's agreement have jurisdiction over any dispute.
